Our two bedroom suites don’t just sleep up to 4 adults they have enough space for 4 adults to live too. Room for luggage, room for shopping, room to spread  yourselves out. Travelling with children need no longer be a hassle  either – separate bedrooms makes bedtime a dream

Directors Suite

The Directors Suite….designed for the modern traveller. We understand how difficult it can be to work effectively when travelling on business. The Directors suite has all the features of a standard one bedroom suite but with an additional private office.  We even provide a printer and stationery.

Breakfast

Start the day with continental breakfast in your own suite – dressing for breakfast and rushing to the hotel dining room can be a thing of the past . Breakfast whenever and wherever you like – in bed,  in front of the TV – just like you would at home. Upgrade to a terraced suite and you can even enjoy breakfast al fresco.

The continental breakfast package costs just £8.50 and includes breakfast cereal bars, muffins, muesli, yoghurt, fresh orange juice, and fresh coffee.

Of course you can always rustle up a great British breakfast in your fully equipped kitchen – why not pre-order all the ingredients you require using our grocery shopping service.

Express Check In

Avoid long queues at reception – our express Check In service allows you to relax in your suite that bit sooner.

Express Check in instructions will be sent to you with your reservation confirmation – these instructions are important if checking in out-with normal reception opening times. (8.30am to 7pm Mon-Fri, 10.30am to 7pm Sat) Please contact us should you not have received these instructions.

Express Check Out

Just lock your suite door and drop the keys off in the key return box – nothing could be simpler.

Reception Services

We are of course delighted to see our guests in our on-site reception offices. Whether it’s for assistance, local information or just to say hello our staff look forward to meeting you.

Payment

The Spires will issue a VAT invoice detailing the charges applicable for each stay.  All invoices are due for immediate settlement (unless a corporate account is in place).

We accept the following payment methods:

Credit cards – Visa, Mastercard, Maestro & American Express

Cash – £ Sterling or € Euros

Cheque / bank transfer – receipt of cleared funds required 24 hours prior to arrival

Short term reservations will be invoiced on departure. Extended stays of over one month will be invoiced on a monthly basis. All incidental charges must be settled on departure, however longer term guests may be charged on a periodic basis to ensure their account remains in credit.

Corporate Accounts

Make life easier for your business travellers by applying for a Spires corporate account. A fast and simple credit  procedure including agreement of credit terms allows all invoices to be billed directly to the Company.

(NB Credit facilities may be withdrawn without further notice at The Spires discretion. The Spires reserves the right to charge interest at a rate of 5% per day on all overdue accounts until full settlement of the sum is received, individuals/companies will also be held liable for all additional administration costs incurred in recovering the sum.)
